    The serene movement facilities at Amanoi have been designed with both physical and mental wellbeing in mind. The light-filled Pilated Studio is equipped with Allegro Reformers and other Pilates specific equipment, while stepped terraces lead to the the lake and outdoor Yoga Pavilion. Offering the latest in cardiovascular and weight training machinery, the spacious Gymnasium features floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook the lake. 

    Trekking the coastline

    Hugged by hills, Amanoi is a gateway to the 29,000-hectare Nui Chua National Park which sits within the Nui Chua Unesco Biosphere Reserve – a rugged wonderland of diverse landscapes where hikers are rewarded with sweeping panoramas and myriad wildlife at every turn.

    Cooking Class

    Ideal for aspiring gastronomes aged 5–11, the Rock Studio’s child-tailored cooking classes are led by the Amanoi kitchen team. Lasting up to three hours, the classes cover a different recipe each day, ranging from Vietnamese rice-paper rolls to cookies, cupcakes and pizzas.

     

    Ba Tang Waterfall Trek

    Ba Tang, or the “Three-Layer Waterfall”, is ripe for swimming and an ideal vantage point for admiring the nature of Núi Chúa. A 20-minute drive from Amanoi takes you to the nearby village of Da Hang, where a walk along the valley passes local farms, villagers and viridian paddy fields, before a one-hour trek through the forest to Ba Tang waterfall. On return, pause for breakfast or a lunchtime picnic overlooking the rice fields. 
     

    Reef encounters

    Fringing the bay, a kingdom of coral awaits between the waves. Explore the pristine reefs on a guided snorkelling expedition, and discover more than 350 varieties of staghorn, plate and brain corals found in the Vinh Hy Bay conservation area, as well as colourful shoals of tropical fish including triggerfish, angel fish, trumpet, damsel and bat fish that make their home here.
